I'm wearing a denim top from Forever21 and old shorts from Weatseal with an H&M utility jacket tied around my waist and old Forever 21 strappy sandals.

I a part of a generation that glorifies being "busy" but I have come to learn that that is such a dangerous way to condition your mind. I whole-heartedly believe in hard work but even more so I believe that one of the biggest secrets to fully LIVING and enjoying life is so hidden in plain sight, a word called MODERATION. Work, but never forget to take a second to sit back, [CATCH YOUR BREATH] and reflect, there is absolutely no other way to effectively move forward. The wellness of your body  -and MIND- is invaluable.

REMEMBER: There is no guilt in taking breaks, there is no guilt in sleep, there is no guilt in rejuvenating.
