Even though I'm not 100% settled in as yet, I have been so eager to get back on course with my blogging and to share my thoughts on The Master of Us All | Balenciaga: His Workrooms, His World by Mary Blume! So, without further adieu.....
Hey dolls!
If you're following my Instagram (which I know you are), you would have realised I spent a few days in Panama this past week! While my trip was purely for business, grossly unplanned and tightly budgeted, I still managed to gain some memorable experiences. During my stay I didn't take the typical tourist route and visit the Canal or do any paid attractions for that matter. Here are some of my favourite and FREE things to do in Panama City:
You probably didn't give it much thought but ladies, this summer, you NEED a stripe cover-up pants for the beach!
Hey dolls!
I've decided to add a new section to my blog; "LIT" (read: short for literature/ also "it's Lit" *dabs*). ^.^
Last year I bought a few Fashion books and after completing the first (and only one so far-yikes-) I was so inspired I felt the urge to share a few gems from the book. This new series will not be review (well not in entirety), but rather, I will give you reasons why I think you should read the book. So, here goes.....

hello 25.
I thought a lot about what to say and how to share my sentiments with you on my 25th birthday. Maybe, it would be much easier to tell you how miserable 24 was. How between grieving the death of my mentor and then the demise of my first REAL relationship made life tremendously difficult. How my insecurities felt more crippling than ever before and how affected I became from realizing I didnt really know myself very well.
Instead, I believe it would be of better taste to share something that a brilliant woman once said that changed my perspective a great deal. Diana Vreeland suggested that, “There's only one very good life and that's the life you know you want and you make it yourself.”
So. 25.
Here's to looking ahead and learning from past trials;
accepting what cannot be changed and changing what I can;
taking control and responsibility of my own fate;
dreaming infinitely;
setting goals and actually achieving them;
loving myself;
doing more than just exist;
keeping the faith.
Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. I appreciate every single one.
Thank you, always.
until next time
Do Good, Dress Well
